Our Story: A project born from love and education in entrepreneurship
The story of Natural Jeanne began in Joëlle's family kitchen in Thuin. In addition to being a committed mother, Joëlle is also the director of the UCM for the Province of Hainaut. In regular contact with entrepreneurs and inspired by her children, in 2022, she decided to create a fun activity to show them that entrepreneurship can be fun and carry great values. What was originally just an educational game quickly became an exciting adventure.
By making natural candles together, Joëlle and her daughters discovered a new passion. Little by little, they shared their creations with friends, then on social networks, and the craze was not long in coming.
This is how Natural Jeanne was born, an authentic, simple brand that embodies love for nature and sharing with family.
Who are we ?
Natural Jeanne is a very small family business founded by Joëlle Labilloy, a passionate entrepreneur and nature lover.
Why Jeanne? Because it is her grandmother's first name. Once again, a nod to the family dimension.
It all started with a simple idea: to introduce children to entrepreneurship while teaching them to respect our beautiful planet.
At Natural Jeanne, we believe that we can do great things starting with small gestures and that raising awareness among young people is a first step towards a more sustainable future.

What is particularly important to us are our creative workshops.
We love seeing parents and children share a moment together, learning how to make their own candles and other natural products in a friendly and joyful atmosphere.
Our workshops are designed to be both fun and educational, allowing everyone to leave with unique creations and recipes that are easy to reproduce at home.
Our mission
We believe that every action counts for our planet. That is why we want to pass this value on to the youngest, by showing them that it is possible to create and manage a business while respecting the environment. Through games and creative activities, we offer children and their families a unique and fun learning experience
Our products made with love
Each product is handmade with careful attention to detail and the ingredients we use. We favor 100% natural ingredients, such as vegetable soy wax, dried flowers, pure essential oils, natural fragrances and lead-free cotton wicks.
Our candles, for example, are not only pretty and decorative, they are also healthy for you and environmentally friendly.
Plus, they are all refillable. Once your candle is completely consumed, simply clean the container and bring it back to us. We will be happy to pour you a new candle, different from the old one but still just as pretty.
A Local and Committed Adventure
We are proud of our roots and our local roots. Our creations are available in several points of sale in the region, such as farm shops, delicatessens, decoration stores, etc. By working hand in hand with these local partners, we want to share our values and reach a community that, like us, believes in more responsible consumption.
