We select natural, high-quality raw materials, with a focus on ecological choices. Handmade with vegetable soya wax, our candles contain a lead-free organic cotton wick to ensure a clean, even burn.
To this we add 100% natural fragrances and unique decorations made from dried flowers and nature's treasures. The elegant, durable ceramic containers add a refined touch to each creation. With Natural Jeanne, treat yourself to a moment of sweetness and serenity, in perfect harmony with nature.
- First use: Leave the candle to burn for at least two hours so that the surface is completely melted. This will ensure that the candle burns evenly the next time you use it.
- Wick care: Cut the wick to about 6 mm before each use and re-centre it. This helps to achieve a stable flame and avoid smoke formation.
- Burn time: Use the candle in sessions of two to three hours maximum. Avoid placing it in a draught, as this can cause uneven burning.
- Safety: Never move a lit candle or move it while the wax is hot and liquid. Make sure you never leave the candle to burn unattended.

A candle requires special care to ensure it is used safely. We therefore advise you to extinguish it when the remaining wax reaches a depth of about 1 cm. This precaution helps prevent excessive overheating, which could damage the holder or container.

Yes, all our candles are refillable. Once your candle is finished, you can return the ceramic container to us to be refilled with the wax and fragrance of your choice. This reduces waste and ensures that you can enjoy your favourite candle for a long time to come.
